Dynamic Concrete Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in May 2009 after careful market research showing that there was a need for an efficient well-run ready-mix operation. Dynamic Concrete Solutions (Pty) Ltd Namibia was started by Gavin Fuller (Managing Director) and myself (Sales and Marketing Director) and fell under the umbrella of the Murray and Roberts Group. In 2016 I was appointed as Business Development Director and in 2017 Murray and Roberts Construction Company was sold and the name changed to Concor Construction, with Dynamic Concrete Solutions 100% owned by Concor. At the end of 2021, with the retirement of Gavin Fuller I was appointed to the position of Managing Director. In 2009, we managed to secure the distribution for all Mapei Products in Namibia which has not only complimented our manufacturing and product offerings into the market but has add extreme value to all our customers. ‘Great things in business are never done by one person. Dynamic Concrete Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in May 2009 and I was appointed as Managing Director. Stuart Sisson and I started the company from scratch and within a short period of time became the market leader in Namibia. With our extensive knowledge of the construction industry, our mission was to ensure that we manufactured and delivered high quality concrete and first-class service to all customers, large or small. I have served for numerous years on the Executive Committee of the C.I.F. ( Construction Industry Federation) in Namibia and a member of Namibia Institute of Professional Accountants. With my retirement at the end of 2021, I was retained on a consultancy basis as Financial Director for Dynamic Concrete Solutions.

I joined Dynamic Concrete Solutions in 2010 as Ready-Mix Driver. In 2011 our mobile division secured supply of concrete to Basil Read Construction on the Trekkopje Uranium mine whereby I was appointed as the Concrete Batcher and Site Supervisor. After the end of this successful project, I was promoted as a full-time batcher at our Windhoek Operation. In 2016 I was yet again promoted as ready-mix coordinator and as from March 2022 appointed to senior management as the Companies Operation Manager. Presently, I have undertaken the task of running our new ready-mix operation in Walvis Bay for a period of three months to ensure that our high standard/quality and service to the construction industry is maintained and to develop strong customer relationships whilst still overseeing our operation in Windhoek.

In 2016 I joined Dynamic Concrete Solutions (Pty) Ltd as Office Administrator. I have a certificate in Business Management and Human Resource Management I love our positive and supportive working environment. And our challenging industry gives me the opportunity to learn every day. We have a great and dedicated team of staff, that enjoy delivering top notch service to our clients and are driven to go the extra mile for our clients.
